By accessing or using AirPush ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
AirPush provides an over-the-air (OTA) update platform for mobile applications, allowing developers to deploy JavaScript bundle updates to React Native, Expo, and Capacitor applications without requiring app store submissions.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit spam or unauthorized advertising
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Collect user data without proper consent
5. App Store Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AirPush complies with the policies of Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and any other distribution platforms. OTA updates must only be used for JavaScript/asset updates as permitted by platform guidelines.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AirPush and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to your applications and content uploaded to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AirPush, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to your data
- Any interruption or cessation of the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Data Retention
Upon account termination:
- Your bundle data will be deleted within 30 days
- Metadata and logs may be retained for up to 90 days
- You may request immediate data deletion by contacting support
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
